Our dedicated installation specialist will be your guide as your transition to one of our copiers. You’ll be in safe hands as you’re guided through on-site training for your staff, with as many additional training sessions you want provided free of charge!
Proactive Preventive Maintenance
Our devices are monitored 24/7 using embedded (and third party) apps, allowing us to see when consumables are running low and what’s happening, so we can get the correct parts ready, fast!
Response Time
Delta’s Response Time KPI is 4 business hours, but we pride ourselves on consistently smashing that KPI to frequently reach you in as little as 2 hours. Your business is important, and we know that often you rely on your equipment to keep you going.

Remote Monitoring and Support
Using the latest embedded (i.e. on board the device) and third party apps, Delta will monitor your device and we’ll ensure that your replacement toners are on their way before they run out. We can also check the device to see what’s going on, so our techs can have the parts ready to come out with them when required.
Mobile Printing and Cloud Connectivity
The modern workplace has less bricks and mortar than ever before. Your staff might be in and out of the office, or travel around. Our devices are fully mobile print compliant, using either Apple’s Airprint or their own mobile apps to give you more complete mobile print features.

Our devices are built with your security in mind. What is the Service Agreement?
Our Service Agreement is a two-way agreement between you and Delta that simplifies your on-going running costs, and commits Delta to supplying the toners, drums, and servicing and maintaining your device for anything required that occurs under normal operation. More information will be provided by your Business Development Manager, or on request.
